The Diaper is made of 25% plant-based materials, and is free of fragrance, lotion, dyes, parabens, phthalates, chlorine, alcohol, VOCs, optical brighteners, heavy metals, latex and rubber (all elastic materials used in the diaper are of synthetic origin, such as elastane).
It’s engineered with an absorbent core made of sodium polyacrylate (SAP) and Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) wood pulp from sustainably managed forests, with a backsheet made from polyester/polyethylene based nonwoven and polyethylene/CaCO3 film; and topsheet made of polypropylene; non-woven acquisition layer made of polyester; core wrap made of polypropylene; hook tab fastening system made of polypropylene/polyethylene. Plus adhesives, elastics,
and a wetness indicator.
Testing for chemical compounds was completed by an independent laboratory in Hamburg, Germany in August 2020.
