Why is your diaper unique?

We have conducted extensive global research for over two years in order to develop a better diaper, in every way.  With unmatched absorbency, superior softness, and flexible panels that allow for a better fit, each diaper was engineered to help prevent skin irritation and limit leaks and blowouts. The reimagined core is 2x more absorbent than national leading brands, providing lasting dryness, eliminating the need for separate daytime and overnight supplies. Coterie diapers are clinically proven hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. They are free of fragrance, lotion, latex, rubber, dye, alcohol, heavy metals, parabens, phthalates, Chlorine bleaching, VOC’s, optical brighteners, animal testing and there are no harsh chemicals. Whether it’s safety, performance, accessibility, sustainability or style, we have taken everything into consideration. Because when it comes to baby care, good enough is just not good enough.

The amount of diapers per pack varies depending on the diaper size. Here's our size-to-count breakdown:

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How soon will I be charged?

You will be charged as soon as you place the order and it is processed.

Where do you ship?

Coterie currently ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We are hoping to expand to other countries in the future. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 and next-day shipping for $15.95. Orders under $49 incur a $7.95 shipping fee. The more diapers you order, the more you save.

How soon will my products ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, where you can check the status of your delivery.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please reach out to hello@coterie.com with your order number if you have any questions.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to hello@coterie.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We're so sorry that your order isn’t perfect. Please e-mail hello@coterie.com with your order number and we'll get everything sorted out.
