  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to all 50 states and are hoping to expand to other countries soon. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.

  • How can I tell when it's time to size up?

    We’re so glad you asked. We have a diaper guide with useful tips on sizing. Generally, if you start to experience leaks and blowouts, that’s a sign that you might be ready for the next size up.

  • Is Auto-Renew the same as a subscription?

    Auto-Renew is the same as a subscription, but with more personalization and flexibility. Our Auto-Renew program is designed to ensure that you never run out of diapers, and can save a little in the process. We will always reach out (via email or text, depending on your preferences) before we send an order and you’ll have the option to edit diaper size, shipping address, billing information, frequency, or simply delay or skip that shipment. You can cancel at any time via email or text.

  • What can I text Coterie?

    Practically anything :) You can start a new a la carte order or simply reorder based on your account history. If you’re on Auto-Renew, you can text us to edit and manage your Auto-Renew, including to size up, ship now, or delay. You can ask us any and all baby-related questions and — our personal favorite — you can send us pics of your baby in Coterie! Some key Coterie text message commands to remember are: SIZE UP, REORDER, SHIP NOW, EDIT, and SUBSCRIBE.

  • Do you have a free trial?

    We do! Our diaper samples are free and you only pay for shipping. With our Coterie Trial Pack, you can try 10 diapers before deciding to commit to Coterie. You can select all 10 diapers in one size, or you can select two different sizes, and receive 5 of each size. With the trial, you’ll be automatically subscribed to our Auto-Renew program.   • How do I reset my password?

    You can easily reset your Coterie account password via our website. Go to SIGN IN > FORGOT PASSWORD > RESET.

  • Why is your diaper unique?

    We built our diaper from the ground up in order to ensure that it was the highest-performing, highest-quality diaper on the market. We conducted extensive global research for over two years in order to find the best, safest materials and turned them into a product that is more absorbent, faster wicking, and softer than any other. The result is a daytime/nighttime diaper (no need for overnights!) that prevents leaks and blowouts and stays drier, longer. Coterie diapers are clinically proven hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. They are free of fragrance, lotion, latex, rubber, dye, alcohol, heavy metals, parabens, phthalates, Chlorine bleaching, VOCs, optical brighteners, animal testing and there are no harsh chemicals. Whether it’s safety, performance, accessibility, sustainability or style, we have taken everything into consideration.

  • How long does a pack of Coterie diapers typically last?

    One pack of Coterie diapers typically lasts about 5 days. Our 6-pack is designed to be approximately enough diapers for 4 weeks, or a monthly supply.   • Where are your diapers manufactured?

  • How can I recycle Coterie diapers?

    Our diapers are not recyclable at the moment. However, we are working on a solution. There are two major barriers to recycling disposable diapers. First, there is the challenge of collecting and sorting the used diapers from the waste stream. Second, in order for the recycling solution to be viable, the diapers need to be sanitized and broken down in an energy efficient way, so they can be a cost effective alternative to landfills. Knowing this, we partner with Diaper Recycling Technology (DRT), a Singapore-based company that is pioneering recycling technologies that can recover up to 95% of the raw materials of a soiled diaper in a way that is both energy efficient and cost effective. We donate 1% of net diaper sales to DRT to help make diapers better for the environment in the long-term. We are also actively working to bring the first diaper recycling plant to the United States.   • What are your diaper ingredients?

    The diaper’s absorbent core is made of sodium polyacrylate (SAP) and Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. The nonwoven backsheet is made of polypropylene and polyester, and the topsheet is made of polypropylene. Our high loft nonwoven acquisition layer is made from polyester and the hook tab fastening system is made of polypropylene / polyethylene, film and adhesive. All our diapers also feature a wetness indicator.

  • Where are your diaper materials sourced from?

    Like you, our standards are high! We source only the best materials and we’ve found them in the United States, Israel, Finland, and Japan.

  • How do Coterie diapers compare in price to other diaper brands?

    Coterie pricing is comparable to Pampers Pure, Bambo Nature, Eco by Naty, Huggies Special Delivery, and Honest Co. The difference is that Coterie provides a truly superior experience: we out-perform every other diaper on the market in absorbency, wicking, and safety — the things that matter most to you and your baby. Coterie diapers are also so absorbent that you can use them overnight, eliminating the need for separate nighttime diapers.

  • Where are your wipes manufactured?

    Our wipes are made in the USA.

  • Are your wipes biodegradable?

    Our wipe substrate is made of 100% plant-based fibers and premium Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) cotton, sourced from Japan. Due to FTC guidelines, we cannot claim that our wipes are biodegradable because we cannot control how the wipes are disposed of by consumers. Additionally, our solution contains synthetic materials (which are not biodegradable) to achieve our performance criteria and safety standards. These materials in our solution are essential to ensure the health of your baby’s skin. Our wipes are clinically tested hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin, and certified with the highest safety standards, but are not fully biodegradable.

  • Are your wipes organic?

    Coterie wipes are not fully organic. Our wipe solution contains synthetic ingredients that allow us to meet our performance and safety standards. Our full list of solution ingredients can be found here and are essential to ensure the health of your baby’s skin. Our wipes are clinically tested hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin, and are certified with the highest safety standards.

  • Are the wipes flushable?

    Our wipes are not flushable and should always be disposed of in the trash.

  • Can I use the wipes on other parts of my baby, like their face and hands?

    Yes! Coterie wipes are safe for use on all areas of your baby. They are also excellent for adults — many of our customers love them for removing makeup or de-sweating after a workout. Our wipe provides the perfect mix of cleaning, moisturizing, and soothing, and has out-scored national leading brands in safety tests.

  • Can I put them in a wipe dispenser/warmer?

    We do not recommend putting Coterie wipes in a wipe warmer or wipe dispenser. In general, hot and humid conditions can cause wipes to dry out and can promote microbial growth. Coterie wipes are a fresh product and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Additionally, we do not recommend removing the Coterie wipes from their pack, or transferring them to any other containers.

  • Do Coterie wipes expire?

    Yes, Coterie wipes do expire with time. If stored in a cool, dry place, they last up to a year once opened, and longer if still sealed. We always recommend consulting the expiration date on the individual wipe packaging.

  • Are the wipes good for sensitive skin?

    Coterie wipes are ideal for sensitive skin and have out-scored national leading brands in safety tests. They are dermatologist approved, pediatrician recommended, suitable for newborns, suitable for sensitive skin, and suitable for eczema-prone skin. (As you can tell, we take sensitive skin seriously!)

  • What are your wipe ingredients?

    Our wipes substrate is made of Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) Cotton and eco-friendly Viscose from sustainably managed forests. The wipes solution is made of Purified Water, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Octyldodecanol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes, Sodium Benzoate, Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum, Ceteth-2, Ceteareth-25, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Palmitate, Citric Acid and Tocopheryl Acetate.

Shipping & Returns

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to all 50 states and are hoping to expand to other countries soon. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 incur a $7.50 shipping fee.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location. Due to COVID-19 and increased holiday volume nationally, some orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you have any questions regarding how long your order will take to arrive, please reach out to us at hello@coterie.com.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Since we’re unable to guarantee shipping speeds and delivery windows due to Covid-19 and increased delays, we’re not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to Covid-19, we have paused our normal returns and exchange process but we are working to find a solution. Please reach out to us at hello@coterie.com if you have extra diapers (unopened packs) that you would like to exchange and we will make it happen! We donate all Coterie returns and exchanges. 

  • What happens if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

    Oh no! Please email us at hello@coterie.com (or send us a text) with your order number and a photo of the damage/defect, and we’ll work quickly to fix the issue.

Fit & Size

  • How do I choose the best size for my baby?

    Our diapers run true to size. However, all babies are different, so when it comes to choosing the perfect size, we like to consider weight, waist circumference, body type (height and build), and age. If your baby is in between sizes on our size guide, we recommend sizing up for a better fit. If you have any sizing questions, or if you would like our help choosing the perfect size, please reach out to us at hello@coterie.com — we love helping!

  • How should the diaper fit on my baby?

    The diaper should fit both high and snug around your baby’s waist and legs, with just enough room for one finger to slide between the diaper and your baby’s skin. The tabs should not overlap, and be sure to untuck the leg ruffles to avoid leakage!

  • How can I tell when it's time to size up?

    We’re so glad you asked. We have a diaper guide with useful tips on sizing. Generally, if you start to experience leaks and blowouts, that’s a sign that you might be ready for the next size up.

  • Do Coterie diapers run small or large?

    We like to think that Coterie diapers run true-to-size, but in some cases they run small. If you’ve used Huggies in the past, you’ll want to size up in Coterie. We otherwise recommend ordering your baby’s current diaper size as well as consulting our size chart! If you need help, feel free to email us at hello@coterie.com.

Auto-Renew

  • Is Auto-Renew the same as a subscription?

    Auto-Renew is the same as a subscription, but with more personalization and flexibility. Our Auto-Renew program is designed to ensure that you never run out of diapers, and can save a little in the process. We will always reach out (via email or text, depending on your preferences) before we send an order and you’ll have the option to edit diaper size, shipping address, billing information, frequency, or simply delay or skip that shipment. You can cancel at any time via email or text.

  • When will I be charged for my Auto-Renew?

    Your card will be charged on the day that your order ships. Depending on the frequency you choose, this could be every 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, or 6 weeks. You can adjust your frequency in your Account, in the Calendar. We’ll always send you two upcoming order notifications to confirm and/or edit your next shipment before your Auto-Renew ships!

  • How do I cancel Auto-Renew?

    It’s easy to cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. You can also email us; or, if you have opted in to Text Order Management, simply text the word CANCEL to start the process.

  • How do I alter my subscription?

    You can make changes to your Auto-Renew in your Coterie account, or by sending us a text at 915-467-4913.

  • Can I divide my Auto-Renew into two sizes?

    We’re only able to ship one diaper size per Auto-Renew shipment at this time, but we hope to be able to offer more choice in the future. If your baby is in-between sizes, and you’re not sure what size to order, send us an email at hello@coterie.com or text us at 915-467-4913 and we’ll happily help!

  • Can I subscribe to 3-packs?

    We’re only offering 6-packs at this time, but we hope to be able to offer more choice in the future. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our website, send us an email at hello@coterie.com and we’ll see what we can do to help.

  • Can I have two different subscriptions for two kids who are in diapers?

    Of course! You can create and manage an Auto-Renew for each child in your Coterie account, or by sending us a text at 915-467-4913.

  • What happens if I go on vacation?

    If you’re heading out of town, you can ship your Auto-Renew directly to your vacation address (if in the U.S.) by texting EDIT to 915-467-4913, or you can delay your shipment by texting DELAY to 915-467-4913.

  • How can I sign up for text messaging?

    You can sign up via our website in your Coterie account, or just send us a text at 915-467-4913 and we’ll help you sign up!

  • What can I text Coterie?

  • What if I want to try the diapers but don’t want to join Auto-Renew?

    In order to sample Coterie diapers for free, you’ll be automatically signed up for Auto-Renew, but you can easily cancel before your first shipment. We’ll email you before we ship your first order and you can size up or down, delay, skip, or cancel. Click here to try Coterie diapers!

  • How long will I have before I get my first Auto-Renew shipment?

    We’ll reach out to you a few days after you receive your trial pack to see how they fit. Then you’ll have one additional week to make edits to your Auto-Renew before it ships out!

  • Why do you send two different sizes? Do I have to choose two different sizes?

    We give you the option to choose two different sizes just in case your baby is in between sizes, if you have two babies in two different sizes, or if you’re unsure of what size will fit your baby best. With that said, you don’t have to select two sizes. You can choose to have all 10 sample diapers ship in one size.

  • Can I send Trial Packs to a friend?

    We’re excited to hear that you’d like to gift a Coterie Trial Pack! Please text or email us and we’ll help make this happen.

    We occasionally offer discounts and gift with purchases (sign up for our email list to be the first to know!). In addition, we offer 10% off every order with our Auto-Renew subscription — you can skip, delay, or cancel at any time to make sure the cadence works for you.

  • Why don’t you offer more discounts?

    We’re a small company with the goal of providing parents and babies with the best product made with the highest quality materials. In order to maintain our product standards and to continue growing, we have to price our diapers where they are and use discounts sparingly. We invite you to refer friends to earn rewards and to join our email list to learn about any promotions! We are always evolving and will be adding more offers and rewards in the future. 

  • Do you offer a military discount?

    We do offer 15% off for military families! Send us an email at hello@coterie.com with your valid military ID and we’ll issue your discount.

  • Do you offer a discount on first orders?

    Not at this time, but we recommend starting with our Trial Packs and Auto-Renew subscription! With our Trial Packs you only pay for shipping and Auto-Renew has a built-in 10% discount.

  • I forgot to apply my discount. Can you help?

Account

  • How do I reset my password?

    You can easily reset your Coterie account password via our website. Go to SIGN IN > FORGOT PASSWORD > RESET.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order in your account. Go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > STATUS. You can also send us a text or email to get an update on your shipment!

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    We process and ship orders so quickly that there is a very small window for us to change or cancel orders. If you’ve just placed an order and you’d like to make edits or cancel, please text or email us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If you’d like to make changes to or cancel your Auto-Renew shipment before it ships, you can do this in your Coterie account under the Auto-Renew section, or you can text us to make the change. We’ll also send you a reminder 1 week before your Auto-Renew shipment leaves our warehouse, giving you the option to edit your shipment.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

  • How soon will I be charged?

    You will be charged as soon as you place your order and it is processed.

  • Do you have a referral program?

    We do, and we’d love you to be a part of it. To get started, head to our referral page. From here, enter your email to generate your unique referral link. You can share your link with your friends via email, Facebook, or text, giving them $15 off their first purchase. Once your friend places their order, you will receive an email with a code for $15 off your next purchase. Please note, you will only get credit for referring first-time customers.
